Day 7, March 7

Breakfast, egg whites, onion, safflower oil, skim milk
Lunch Fat Flush Turkey Veggie Soup, 1 apple
Dinner: Fat Flush Turkey Veggie Soup, baby carrots, hummus

Snack, hummus and baby carrots, blueberries 1 cup, 1 smal orange, 1 cup 2% cottage cheese.

Calories 1244, carbs 163,  fat 29, protein 100
